Another new venue greeted NWCCA competitors and after 3 days of rain it was a bit of a mudder. Ian Kendal continued his fine form with a 21st place in the O40s whilst Pete Leadbetter was 35th in the O50s. Erin Corrigna was 3rd in the U16 girls race. Ian is currently in 3rd place in the overall league standing (measured after 8 events) and will have improved his final placing with the last two strong results (in the 9th and 10th races). With nine events counting for the overall series, bad results will now start to drop from people tallies so Ian will drop his position a little…..but not a huge amount. A testament to a committed season of racing!
